My Commitment to You I love reading, I love writing, and I love (surprisingly) middle school students. Just as I have high expectations for my students, I also have high expectations for myself. As your child’s teacher, I will . . .
My Teaching Philosophy
Classroom Library
As 7th graders, many students are making the transition from elementary chapter books to more advanced chapter books. Young adult literature explores more challenging issues and sometimes contains language or situations that a parent may find objectionable. My classroom library contains many books, and while I have read many of them, I have not read all of them. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns you have about a book your child is reading; I will be glad to help your child find an alternative title. |
